Customize Your Notification Settings

Choose how and when Treasure Lovers alerts you about offers, messages, price drops, saved search updates, and shipping activity across email, push, and in-app.

Stay on top of your treasure hunt without the noise. Treasure Lovers lets you choose exactly which events trigger alerts and how you receive them, so you never miss an offer or a price drop on something you have been watching.

Notification types

Here are the alerts you can receive and what each one covers.

Notification type	What it tells you
Offers	Someone sends you an offer, counters your offer, or accepts or declines it.
Messages	You receive a new direct message from a buyer or seller.
Price drops	An item on your wishlist or in a saved search drops in price.
New listings	A new item matches one of your saved searches.
Shipping updates	A label is created, the item ships, or delivery is confirmed.
Account security	Login from a new device or password change confirmations.
Promotions	Optional newsletters and featured collections from Treasure Lovers.

Adjust your notification settings

Follow these steps to enable or disable alerts by type and channel.

1. Open notification settings

   Click your avatar in the top right corner, then choose Settings. Select the Notifications tab.

2. Toggle notification types

   For each notification type, turn the switch on or off. Enabled types will send alerts through your chosen channels.

3. Choose channels

   Next to each enabled type, check or uncheck Email, Push, and In-App to control how you are notified. At least one channel must remain selected for an active type.

4. Save changes

   Click Save Preferences. Your changes take effect immediately.

If you disable all channels for offers or messages, you will still see them when you log in, but you will not receive real-time alerts.
