When you list an item on Treasure Lovers, you are presenting it to a community of passionate collectors. A well-crafted listing increases your odds of a fast sale at a strong price. Follow these steps to publish your first item.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have clear photos of the item and know its approximate weight and dimensions for shipping calculations.
1

Choose a category

Select the category that best matches your item, such as Antiques, Collectibles, Vintage Fashion, Rare Books, or Art. Choosing the right category helps the right buyers find your listing.
2

Write a title

Create a concise, descriptive title. Include the item type, era or maker, and a key detail. For example: “1920s Art Deco Brass Desk Lamp, Signed Base.”
3

Write a description

Describe the item’s condition, materials, dimensions, provenance, and any flaws. Be honest about wear or repairs. Transparency builds trust and reduces disputes.
4

Upload photos

Add at least 3 photos and up to 12. Include the full item, close-ups of details, maker marks, and any imperfections. Good images are the single biggest factor in buyer interest.
5

Set a price or auction

Choose a fixed price, or enable Make an Offer to let buyers negotiate. You can also run a timed auction with a starting bid and reserve price if you prefer competitive bidding.
6

Choose shipping options

Set where you are willing to ship, who pays for shipping, and select a carrier. You can offer free shipping, flat rates, or calculated shipping based on the buyer’s address.
7

Publish your listing

Review everything on the preview page, then click Publish. Your listing goes live immediately and is searchable across the platform.
Shoot photos in natural daylight near a window. Capture multiple angles and place the item against a clean, neutral background so details stand out clearly.
Prohibited items include weapons, replicas sold as authentic, hazardous materials, live animals, and anything illegal to sell in your region. Review our Prohibited Items Policy before listing to avoid account suspension.
