Click Sign Up in the top right corner of any page. Enter your email address, choose a password, and confirm your email. You can also sign up with Google or Apple for faster access. Once verified, you can start browsing and listing items immediately.

Creating an account and browsing listings is free. Sellers pay a small listing fee and a commission when an item sells. Buyers do not pay platform fees beyond the item price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs. Full fee details are shown before you finalize any listing or checkout.

Treasure Lovers accepts major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Available methods may vary by your location. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted checkout system.

Sellers set their own shipping options and costs when listing an item. At checkout, you will see the estimated delivery window and carrier. Once the seller ships, you will receive tracking information by email and in your account under Purchases.

Returns are handled between buyer and seller unless an item is significantly not as described. If you receive an item that does not match the listing, open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery through Purchases > Report an Issue. Our support team will review the case and help reach a fair resolution.

Buyers can send offers below the listed price. Sellers can accept, decline, or counter within 48 hours. If the seller accepts, the item is reserved for you at the agreed price for 24 hours so you can complete checkout. Counter offers reset the 48-hour window.

Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication in Account > Security. Never share your login details or pay outside the Treasure Lovers platform. We will never ask for your password by email.
