  3. If you signed up recently, check your inbox or spam folder for the verification email and confirm your address.

  5. If the issue persists, try a different browser or device.
Cause: Insufficient funds, expired card, bank security block, or incorrect billing details.How to fix:
  1. Confirm your card is not expired and has available funds.
  2. Verify that your billing address and zip code match what your bank has on file.
  3. Try a different payment method, such as PayPal or a different card.
  4. Contact your bank to ensure they are not blocking the transaction.
  5. If all else fails, wait a few minutes and try again, or contact Treasure Lovers support.
Cause: Pending review, missing required fields, or policy violation.How to fix:
  1. Go to Account > My Listings and check the status of your item. New listings may take up to 30 minutes to appear.
  2. Make sure all required fields are completed, including title, description, price, category, and at least one photo.
  3. Review the listing for any prohibited content or policy violations. If rejected, you will see a reason with steps to edit and resubmit.
  4. Check that your listing is set to Active, not Draft.
Cause: Offer too low, listing no longer available, or account restriction.How to fix:
  1. Ensure your offer meets the minimum threshold set by the seller, if any.
  2. Confirm the item is still active and has not been sold or delisted.
  3. Check your account status. Unverified accounts or accounts with outstanding disputes may have temporary restrictions.
  4. Refresh the page and try again. If the button remains unresponsive, clear your browser cache.
Cause: File too large, unsupported format, or unstable connection.How to fix:
  1. Use JPG, PNG, or WEBP files under 10 MB each.
  2. Resize very large images before uploading.
  3. Check your internet connection. If it is unstable, wait and try again.
  4. Disable browser extensions that block scripts or media uploads, such as ad blockers.
